Are Repeated Measures Nested Within Individuals?

i really want people to start thinking about ways, not just to ask questions at a mean level. That's the whole point here. You can imagine all different kinds of designs where you purposely gather data that are repeated measures within time. Right now, if you have repeated measures nested within individual you can use this. Don has been writing about this stuff for a decade. I'm totally on board. But to stress, these models can be applied to existing data. If you have kids nested within class, patients nested within therapist, any of these things that has nested data structure, these kinds of models are available right out of the box.
