Why Kids' Clothes Aren't Sleepwear
The rules don't just apply to clothes labeled as pajamas. They could apply to any garment a parent puts their kids to sleep in. If a child is going to sleep in it, the fabric has to be flame retardant and the garment has to fit tight. You can't have pictures of anything that could be interpreted as sleepy.
