There are tremendous benefits to resistance training in terms of having more muscle mass and avoiding o supeposeis. But one of those benefits is not, generally speaking, weight loss. And i think what's happened is that we've got s people so convinced that weight loss is about working out, when it's really not. It's about what you eat. If you're not willing to commit to your diet, you may get healthier, but probably won't get leaner.
