i like this notion of attention exercises, because i think it's really helpful. We did a show back in october, we asked a lot of experts, and they all agreed that mindfulness is need to be a big part of a d iso. But everybody also agreed it's more difficult for those with a d h d to do these types of exercises because of tits distractability. And so the purpose of this show really is to bring awareness and mindfulness to your brains, fight flight or freeze ponse,. To begin to practise these types of things for you to manage it.
