Do You Really Need to Take Care of Yourself?

Take care of yourself, make sure you get enough sleep and eat right. This makes it more difficult for you to procrastinate because you feel internal pressure to be doing those things that you set out to do earlier in the day. Willpower is a limited resource and it's even more limited if you haven't slept properly. There's a lower amount of it available and it's strongly dependent on your blood glucose level. It's better to organize your life to minimize your use of willpower as it is alimited resource just as money or time are.
