Workday recently had a lawsuit brought against them for their artificial intelligence systems. The suit alleged that it is disqualifying applicants who are black disabled or over the age of 40 at a disproportionate rate. Cliff says Workday has been one of the most conservative and in some cases, I would say, in how they're approaching artificial intelligence across their platform.
