Water is and has always been very tangible issue for people. And so it's very easy to mom about climate change and climate in terms of water. Most of the institution of society emerge out of some response to a slight shifting climate. I make a strong case for democracy having a strong relationship with the, with the distributionof water in the Mediterranean.
