The Importance of Awareness
The first step always has to be awareness. You have to start by letting people know that there's an issue and that if we don't take actions, it will get worse. I'm on LinkedIn a lot. We need to stop having all the academic, all the mental health experts tell all the contractors how to fix it because contractors don't know they have a problem.
