Energy Efficiency Is a Good Measure of Poverty

There's another passage in there actually, where he talks about how energy usage is actually a much better measure of poverty than in g d p or earnings. And my snark asqot about this was, if our parents spent as much time focused on funding and supporting and improving nuclear energy, we wouldn't worry about leaving the lights on. He says a gallon of sea er has as much raw energy potential as a galn of gasoline. Or that the sea floor contains as much uranium as if it was made entirely out of solid coal.
