A lot of the stuff that i talk about in the book are things that i've been cultivating or working or doing seminars on for quite a while. So i pretty much had that information in my head. I think what was a little bit more revolatory were when i had to go back through my own history and remember, oh, thisis where i went from point eight to point b,. It's almost what to expect when you're expecting a pilot.
