Corticosteroid prescribing rates remained pretty consistent over that study period and were fairly high at 60 to 70 percent. Hydroxychloric when prescribing during pregnancy did increase over time but really only peaked at around 70 percent in 2015. Aspirin use, or aspirin prescribing decreased over time with most recent rates in 2015 and 2020 very low at only 20 percent. For the lupus pregnancies we found really the adverse pregnancy outcomes with a focus on preterm delivery and preeclampsia really remained stable over time so really didn't improve over that 30-year study period.
