There is stigma on the employer front when it comes to all these communities and the stigma comes from different places. And then on the individual side, there's trauma. When you're talking about someone who was incarcerated, the stigma comes in the form of I'm fear for the worst. We don't know if a blind person could have been blind for birth or they could have lost their eyesight halfway through their lives but we don't give them that much of a chance. That's stigma.
