i think what you're pointing to is really important, and it's one of the main themes on this show that we talk about a lot, is that change is possible. I was on a coaching call with somebody to day who was just so identified with her failings, so identified as in, that is who i am. A lot of the work i do is to break that and go, no, that's not who you are. You can change. And there's known ways to do it. behaviour science has taught us a lot about how we do that.
