The magnitude of a punishment, Omri already is personalized to a great degree. Different people are sanctioned differently for the same offense. Punishments vary according to things that we think are relevant to the punishment itself. It's not entirely transparent why a judge made a decision this way or another. So we only have statistical data to show patterns of discrimination or of distortion.
