The High Probability Ratio for Strep Pharyngitis
There are a couple of these findings that maybe are more specific to pediatric populations. A positive test is very useful for knowing that they have group a strip in their throat, which may or may not be an infection. So I'm very, very impressed with a positive test and a positive symptoms complex. That's one of the reasons that I'm so insistent on not doing tests on people who don't have symptoms and signs.
