Schopenhauer's Innovation Over Conhere

Schopenhauer thought of causality as strictly about being between external objects and the subject. In order to have an experience of objects, they had to be thoroughgoingly interconnected. And that requires structuring by the mind in order to be considered an experience at all. There is no objectivity and no object without the subject.
