When he first started making music writing lyrics back in elementary school and through college, I would write everything down in a notepad. So over the years, I'd say probably the past 20 years, I have gigabytes of ideas. And do you think of yourself as a storyteller when you're crafting a song? Absolutely, I think the story is paramount.
