Buddhism and meditation can be used just like everything else to bypass certain things that we don't like. All you have to do is open to yourself, then it goes genuinely open to yourself. I'm afraid this mental conditioning we come with is very deeply ingrained in us. You know, that some of us are reactive and emotional. I mean, I'm probably never going to change that in this life, you know, and I can kind of be responsible for my mind.
