Ralph Ross Jr. was living in the apartment, the house in Doyle's town when Krista Harrison is abducted. In fact, he's living there until her body was dumped several days after her abduction. After that, he quits his job in Akron and moves back home to Marietta,. The next day he shows up with what he says is a broken arm. He's got it in a sling. And then he moves out of Buell's house. So he's there the whole time that even the prosecution is saying Buell has Krista. It was implicit if he didn't participate or did not do with killing.
