The Writing Culture and the Challenges It Faces

I love how for being kind of an async and remote culture that there's still such deep ties and collaboration, it's just about which mode is being exercised in order to accomplish that collaboration. I would say writing basically helps me clarify my thoughts. Another thing is if you are someone that works on your time management and uses your quiet time effectively, the writing culture can give you a lot of quiet time to actually think and work on something. This is a challenge also where everything's in writing so your emails are there with all the GitHub issues waiting for your response and all the Slack messages where people are asking you for input. It's about being more strict about that.
