The Importance of Problem Solving in Marketing

Marketing is everyone's job in an organization, frankly. Almost every service product thing that a company does is probably addressing a number of problems. We have to understand their problem, promise to solve it so that they give us permission to connect that. One of the things I hear all the time from small business owners, a complaint is that we can't charge what we're worth because we're a commodity or people are always trying to beat us up over price. But nobody wakes up and says, I think I'm going to go out and buy me some strategy today.
