Foucault's Relationship to Marxism
Foucault's concept of biopower and biopolitics can be quite useful. But I just think that there are also certain limits to his analysis because there are certain things he don't really want to talk about due to, I think, his polemical relationship with Marxism. And so we can combine some of these analyses with a Marxist understanding of capitalism and then create a better analysis of this historical development.
