What Is Basian Reasoning?
There's no way of assigning the probability that a particular theory is true. We don't know ahead of time whether or not that bit of knowledge is going to be overturned in the future. And so therefore we should expect that all such probabilities are zero. If we're starting to put zero into our equation, we're going to get zero at the end as well.
