The Tesla is electric, the Ferrari is hybrid and the Porsche was an internal combustion. So we're actually comparing three different kinds of motors here. And it's interesting too, because it's like you can spend $3 million on a car or you can spending $100,000 on a car and they both hit 60 in the same amount of time. That's a bummer. Right? Like that's how electric cars have really brought the price disparity down from performance cars.
What's the maximum a car can accelerate? Neil deGrasse Tyson, Chuck Nice, and Gary O’Reilly learn how fast cars can really go, how tires work, and the differences between combustion and electric cars with host of Engineering Explained, Jason Fenske.
