The Importance of Aftercare in Employee Relations
The company is tracking when an employee comes forward, they're putting it like a retaliation flag. One of our product for about this year is really thinking about more about that aftercare. So did we make things better? Did we help the employee? Are we checking in to make sure the remediation was actually worked? We can do a great investigation, but we don't stop the behaviors. It doesn't matter. Is there something as an organization where there was a weakness or an opportunity for us to get better?
