What's Your Return on Invested Capital?

i think the absence of that accountability chimot has led us to a scary dilemma. Over ten million americans are directly employed by federal government. A large swath of the remainder of the economy is supported by federal erment spending. It's very hard to say, like, let's create accountability in a system when so much of the economy is functionally pendent on it. Am i missing something? I mean, isn't that what we're in right now?
