How to Present a Movie or TV Series From a Perspective
When you're watching a movie, it is being presented from a perspective. That perspective is baked into the form. And for me at least, that is somehow truer to history than this kind of omniscient narrator's eye view of the past. I think some of this comes down to confidence as well on the part of the writer. Historians maybe d dont consider themselves creators in the way that sa movie director would. But i'd come to realize that i tis missus. Missus learned experienced confidence over the years.
