Building a Python Stats Model for Forecasting Salespeople

In most BI and data engineering, you can put in sort of a differencing term. A simple moving average would be how many hot dogs are we gonna sell next Friday? If it's if we're trying to look at today's Friday for us, I don't know when it's gonna be released.
