In an ideal world, we're going to do our cardio workouts in the morning because cardio releases more cortisol than strength training. If you have dysregulated cortisol, that's going to affect your sleep patterns. So if you can choose, ideally you're doing your cardio, you're running your boxing, you're spinning your berries, whatever that is in the morning, and you'redoing your strength training in the evening.
