At century, Rust sort of came naturally, in a sense. Maybe it didn't work perfectly, but it was good enough to solve a particular problem. For us, I think that the part where Rust works really well is two pieces. We have the core ingestion system written in Rust. And then historically, Rust at Century was in a space where we needed to do native crash reporting. There's a growing set of reviving Python projects going on in the Rust system.
