The Last Act of Cowardice

Firing someone is the last act of cowardice from a manager who has failed to hold that person accountable. The productivity in your organization will suffer if you have people that aren't performing. In those ses, we have to let them go, as bobby says, but do it with dignity and help them find some place where their behavior will be acceptable.
