How to Control the Wind in Yoga

The breath is something so natural, it just means that we need to become aware of it at deeper levels. Nodhi Shodhana or breathing through one nostril and breathing out through the other will all come as the awareness of the inner body opens up. And then many other aspects of breath too, I won't go into now, but they are all coming out of natural processes. Through the breath you are a part of the wind as it glows to the trees, lifting, turning each leaf as it goes. So there's one question, well there's a couple more questions I wanted to ask you.
