Many christians take this vision to refer to the age of church. However, it seems to be dealing more specifically with realities pertaining to an old covenant time. The dimensions of the new jerusalem in revelation chapter 21 are extreme. It's a cube of about one thousand 380 miles,. or two thousand 200 kilometers, in its height, length and width.
