Tas whet we're talking about, is there question that comes next that you already have planned? Oh, there's, like i said, there's a series. So once i understand what you want, then i want to find out what you've been doing to work around that. That helps me understand what they're looking for. But then my next step is to challenge them and to say, well, it sounds i'll ask them, what have you been doing to close those gaps now? How have you been working around the issues that you're having? And i let them walk me through that processan usually it's pretty painful for them. Man, this is great.
