The structure we're imagining right now for this thing we're calling an impact real estate portfolio would be this 51% 49% structure. The idea there is also offered as a critique on how we've done, I don't know, housing coaching or housing equalization in the past. And what we're trying to do is incentivize lifelong behaviors that I was taught, you know, because I grew up in privilege.
