Zoe says she feels like restaurants are ready sort of do this anyway. The only thing they also do is say it's a woman who cooked it. Women have a personal touch actually and also no employment rights. Zoe: It's still like the ghost kitchen model because like I vaguely remember reading when Mr. Beast was doing the beast burger thing. She adds that instead of having a commercial kitchen where you have like lots of immigrants in a very small space making fast food you can get women immigrants do at their homes. 'I feel like I feel like they're missing out on a lot of stuff' - Zoe.
