Volvo Cars' High Retention of Employees

Volvo Cars has enjoyed very high retention of employees over time. What do you think drove that historically and what will drive it in the future? Will it be the same types of factors that keep people engaged with the company and wanting to stay or is it going to have to change? I think we see career from a long-term perspective, which means that family bond for us having people out for 24 weeks is nothing if we put it into a long- term development point of view.
