Is China Reopening the Market for Oil?
OPEC meeting was planned before China decided to relax its zero COVID restrictions. The fact that OPEC hasn't made any major moves says that they definitely see that even with a China reopening the market for oil is potentially still soft. I think their decision to cut earlier in this year was probably the right one economically and financially, even though the United States was very much displeased.
