Object Oriented Programming vs Punctual Programming

Punctual programming is a way easier to test and its it. I find value in both, i think. The one thing i really do like about punctual programming is that it is modula. Instead of light classes and stuff like that. Like when i was first starting to learn how to code,. Dabbled in quite a few different languages.
