Do You See Overworked Public Defenders?
The supreme court is this exalted thing on the hill, and it's probably goingto have very little effect. But one of the things that you did have experience doing that may really have impact in our lives, was being a public defender. In your experience, did you see overworked public defenders forcing their clients to take plea deals that were not in their best interest? And are their rights being abused by the plese? I don't know. Some cases for sure. They're a lot of unscrupulous lawyers in every type of practice, criminal, civil, every kind of civil,. Every kind of government everythere.
