The key is even afterwards, you know, after we've done something, we can still learn from it. The reward based learning isn't based on the behavior itself. It's actually based on the result of the behavior. That's what drives future behavior. So if we can link up that behavior results or that cause and effect relationship, we can see, oh, when I procrastinated, it didn't actually feel that good. Does that make sense? Certainly.
