There's no rule. I think there are some rules, but there are so many exceptions, so it doesn't make sense to learn the rule. We've got the er, nominative, accusative, dative and we call it guinitive, genitive, adprogenative, genitive. So yes, everything can be ded, or does. And what wad say?
