REITs Are a Good Investment in a Time of Rising Interest Rates

Mark O'Mara: How do you think about how a higher yields across the board allow for or maybe don't allow for interesting opportunities when it comes to stocks as opposed to bonds. He says REITs have actually been one of the best performing asset classes over the past 20 years outperforming the S&P 500 in terms of total return. In periods of high and rising interest rates REITs still proven to be a good investment, he says.
