What I Learned From My Grandfather in Product Management
I was lucky to be born into a family business, which doesn't exist now. One of my great roll models in leadership was my grandfather. The most influencing thing that i've learned from him is that he used to go into the factory every day and ask everyone about their families. That just gains you a lot of great people.
