The Supreme Court Overrules Section 441b of the Constitution

The Supreme Court overruled a decision from seven years earlier. The shift in tone is almost impossible to overstate, Justice Scalia says. Even if a PAC could somehow allow a corporation to speak and it sometimes does not, the option to form PACS does not alleviate the First Amendment problems with Section 441b.
