Building a Team - Is That Really Possible?
i verylike your evocation of going around, gate keeping, rising the individual up. That being said, thing i've found with a bunch of creators is that sometimes you could take those two points a little too seriously. I run into creators who have a hard time recognizing that they need to actually take a team on to help them build out their product. It's more about someone not telling you what to do and what to say - less about doing everything by yourself.
