The reason for that expansion of the block size is to accommodate this new type of data which has a different purpose than what you usually shove into blocks. Blobs are really related to helping off chain layer two networks store some data in a more femoral manner. And just yeah it takes over I just want to make sure that I understand something here so you said blocks today are about 100 kilobytes and the idea is that afterall these upgrades they's going to be around 30 megabyte.
