The Importance of Team Dynamics in a Meeting
The team dynamics, especially to me are interesting in the dinner because you see people when they're not talking about their day job. You get some pretty interesting stories that I think sheds light on sort of their ability to partner or not partner with us. Partner's got to kind of drive topics, small talk, keep people engaged and stuff like that. So it's a lot of work to just kind of throw it around, get everybody at the table, engage and stuff like That.
