The company bought instant group for, I think they put in 300 million into it in early 2022. After they bought it, they've contributed a bunch of I WG assets into it, which is growing the e-bata of that business. They will eventually, I think at some point this year, either sell that asset or announce an IPO or a spinoff. But yeah, that's the plan for that.
