i've never given you a full down load of what is this practice like, why do i do it? How does it serve me? How did i find it? And i really want to do that. The reason i haven't is because there's two reasons. One is, it's felt really great to have something completely private, to have a piece of my practice that i don't talk about at all,. It's felt really beautiful. But now it's kind of leaking out of me now, like i'm filming snippets of my set up. I love sharing little pictures and little things of my tea space, because it's the most beautiful thing i know. So i am sharing
